Shahadat-e-Salisa by Fatima Zehra (sa) – The first words after her birth:
ثم استنطقتها فنطقت فاطمة عليها السلام بشهادة أن لا إله إلا الله ، وأن أبي رسول الله صلى الله عليه واله سيد الانبياء وأن بعلي سيد الاوصياء ، وأن ولدي سيد الاسباط
“Then Fatima (sa) said: “I testify that there is no god but Allah, and My Father is Prophet of Allah (saww) and Ali (as) is the leader of the custodians and my children are leaders of the tribes.”

Shahadat-e-Salisa in the Dua of Imam Sadiq (as):
ومننت علينا بشهادة الاخلاص لك بموالاة أوليائك الهداة من بعد النذير المنذر والسراج المنير واكملت الدين بموالاتهم والبراءة من عدوهم و أتممت علينا النعمة التي جددت لنا عهدك وذكرتنا ميثاقك المأخوذ منا في مبتدأ خلقك ايانا وجعلتنا من اهل الاجابة وذكرتنا العهد والميثاق ولم تنسنا ذكرك، فانك قلت واذ أخذ ربك من بنى آدم من ظهورهم ذريتهم واشهد هم على انفسهم الست بربكم قالوا بلى، اللهم بلى شهدنا بمنك ولطفك بانك انت الله لا اله إلا أنت ربنا ومحمد عبدك ورسولك نبينا وعلي امير المؤمنين والحجة العظمى وآيتك الكبرى والنبأ العظيم الذي هم فيه مختلفون
“There is no god but you and you are our Lord. And Muhammad is your servent and your prophet and messenger. And Ali is the leader of the belivers and the greatest proof and biggest sign and the greatest news in which people are confused.”

Names of the Imams (as) on a Parchment written 2000 years before Adam:
سلامة بن محمد عن أبي الحسن علي بن معمر عن حمزة بن القاسم عن جعفر بن محمد عن عبيد بن كثير عن أحمد بن موسى عن داود بن كثير الرقي قال : دخلت على أبي عبدالله جعفر بن محمد عليه السلام بالمدينة فقال لي : ما الذي أبطأبك عنايا داود ؟ قلت : حاجة لي عرضت بالكوفة ، فقال : من خلفت بها ؟ قلت : جعلت فداك خلفت بها عمك زيدا : تركته راكبا على فرس متقلدا مصحفا ينادي بعلو صوته سلوني قبل أن تفقدوني ، فبين جوانحي علم جم ، قد عرفت الناسخ والمنسوخ المثاني والقرآن العظيم ، وإني العلم بين الله وبينكم ، فقال لي يا داود : لقد ذهبت تلك المذاهب ، ثم نادى : يا سماعة بن مهران ايتني بسلة الرطب فأتاه بسلة فيها رطب فتناول رطبة أكلها ، واستخرج النواة من فيه وغرسها في الارض ، ففلقت ونبتت وأطلعت وأعذقت فضرب بيده إلى شق من عذق منها فشقه واستخرج منها رقا أبيض ففضه ودفعه إلي وقال : اقرأه ، فقرأته و إذا فيه مكتوب سطران : الاول : لا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله ، والثاني إن عدة الشهور عندالله اثنا عشر شهرا في كتاب الله ، يوم خلق السماوات والارض منها أربعة حرم ذلك الدين القيم : أميرالمؤمنين على بن ابي طالب ، الحسن بن علي ، الحسين ابن علي ، علي بن الحسين ، محمد بن علي ، جعفر بن محمد ، موسى بن جعفر ، علي ابن موسى ، محمد بن علي ، علي بن محمد ، الحسن بن علي ، الخلف الحجة ، ثم قال : يا داود أتدري متى كتب هذا في هذا ؟ قلت : الله ورسوله وأنتم أعلم ، قال : قبل أن يخلق الله آدم بألفي عام
Dawood bin Katheer ar-Riqqi has said:
I came to Abu Abdullah Jafar bin Muhammad as-Sadiq (as) in Medina and he said to me: “Why have you not visited us since so long, O Dawood?”
I said: “I had something to do in Kufa.”
He (as) said: “Whom did you leave in Kufa?”
I said: “May my soul be sacrificed for you! I have left your uncle Zayd. I left him riding on a horse with his sword and calling loudly: “Ask me before you will miss me. I have great knowledge. I have known the abrogating and abrogated verdicts, the oft-repeated verses and the great Quran. Knowledge is between Allah and you.”
He (as) said to me: “O Dawood, things have affected you.”
Then He (as) called: “O Suma’a bin Mihran, bring me a basket of ripe dates!”
He brought him a basket of ripe dates. He took one, ate it, took the kernel out of his mouth and stuck it into the ground. It grew and fruited. He picked an unripe date from one of the bunches. He split it and took a piece of parchment out of it. He spread it, gave it to me and said to me: “Read it!”
It had two lines. The first line was “There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.” The second line was “Surely the number of months with Allah is twelve months since the day when He created the heavens and the earth, of these four being sacred, that is the right religion. Amir Al-Mumineen Ali bin Abu Talib, al-Hasan bin Ali, al-Husain bin Ali, Ali bin al-Husain, Muhammad bin Ali, Jafar bin Muhammad, Musa bin Jafar, Ali bin Musa, Muhammad bin Ali, Ali bin Muhammad, Hasan bin Ali, al-Khalaf al-Hujjah.”
Then He (as) said: “O Dawood, do you know when this has been written in this piece of parchment?”
I said: “Allah, His Messenger and You are more aware!”
He (as) said: “Two thousand years before Allah had created Adam.”

A Jew reciting Shahadat-e-Salisa while becoming a Muslim on the hands of Imam Ali (as):
قال اليهودي : صدقت والله إنه لفي كتاب أبي داود يتوارثونه واحد بعد واحد حتى صار إلي ، وأنا أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله ، وأن محمدا رسول الله ، وأنه الذي بشربه موسى عليه السلام وأشهد أنك عالم هذه الامة ووصي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله .قال : فعلمه أمير المؤمنين شرائع الدين
Back ground: A Jew from the descendant of Prophet Dawood (as) came to Medina after the death of the Holy Prophet (saww) and had a few questions. Imam Ali (as) answered his question and hence he becomes a Muslim and says the following on the Hands of Imam Ali (as)…
The Jew said: “By Allah you are right. This has been mentioned in the book of my father Dawood (as). The book has been inherited by one after another until it has reached me.” Then he took out the book written by Prophet Dawood (as) and said to Imam Ali (as): “Give me your hand! I witness that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. It is he, of whom the Prophet Moses (as) has informed. And I witness that You (as) are the jurisprudent of this umma and the guardian of the messenger of Allah.”
Then Imam Ali (as) began to team him the laws of Islam.
